Accessibility Information
Wheelchair access
In the main house there is space for two wheelchairs in the auditorium with level access. A wheelchair can be borrowed if required. You and your companion will receive £5 off each seat for shows - please book in advance with the Box Office. An accessible WC is on the ground floor and there is a lift from the ground and top floor. There's level access to the café, the restaurant and via the lift to the Circle Bar. In the Mill Studio there is space for up to eight wheelchairs - please book in advance with the Box Office. The auditorium is accessible to wheelchair users via a ramp.
Hearing impairment
Both the main house and the Mill Studio have the Sennheiser infra red sound enhancement system. Headsets can be borrowed from the Usher's desk. They can be used with aural or post-aural aids.
Sign language interpretation
Where possible we arrange British Sign Language interpreted performances - details will be listed on individual show pages.
Stagetext® captioned performances
Stagetext® Captioned Performances are arranged where possible. In captioning, the words appear on a screen at the same time as they are sung or spoken. This enables people with hearing loss to understand fully.
Visual impairment
An informal talking brochure of each season of events and large print event information is available on request from the Box Office. Guide dogs are welcome, please advise the Box Office when booking so they can provide you with an appropriate aisle seat in the auditorium. Where possible we arrange audio-described performances and touch tours of the set - details will be listed on individual show pages.
