The Sound of Music with Gretl
Presented by Melanie Parr
A truly unique and fun evening of song, anecdotes and theatrical nostalgia with Melanie Parr (the original Gretl, the smallest Von Trapp child in the 1961 London cast).
This spell-binding one-woman show tells the true story of how a little girl, living quietly on a farm, became the smallest Von Trapp in the original West End production of The Sound of Music.
Encounters with Richard Rodgers, Noël Coward and the real Maria von Trapp gave Melanie the most extraordinary childhood. The show is full of anecdotes and songs, with a few surprises, and will appeal to all who love the musical theatre classic!
