We are currently looking for talented, enthusiastic and reliable casual chefs to join our team.
The main duties include:
-To ensure that we deliver a high standard of food at all times ensuring all dishes are served at the correct portion size, quality and temperature.
- To ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and guidelines are implemented and adhered to, in respect of kitchen production, employees, equipment and hygiene.
- To maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness around all areas of the kitchen.
- To minimise wastage through good management.
- To ensure stock holding and rotation is implemented.
- The desire to be part of a dynamic kitchen team and to learn new culinary skills.
