Arabian Nights (Act Two)

Long, long ago in a far off land, a king is to be married to the beautiful Sheherazade. No one is celebrating. By morning the new queen is to be put to death like a thousand young brides before her. She has one gift that can save her. The gift of storytelling.

Can she melt the tyrant King’s cold heart with her enchanting tales of hidden treasures, giant beasts, crafty thieves, mysterious genies and magic to create a true love story of her own? Can the power of storytelling save her life?

Following their sell out success of The Selfish Giant last year, Act 2 returns to the Mill Studio with this beautiful musical adaptation of the much loved tales of 1001 Arabian Nights.

Presented by the Yvonne Arnaud Youth Theatre: Act Two
