Yvonne Arnaud Youth Theatre: Act Three presents

The Adventures of Pinocchio

There are two kinds of lies, lies with short legs and lies with long noses. Yours, just now, happen to have long noses...”

Carved by old Gepetto, Pinocchio has a huge nose which grows whenever he tells a lie. Pinocchio is such a rascal that he gets into all sorts of trouble, to the great despair of his father. Caught up in one dangerous adventure after another, will Pinocchio ever learn to care for others and finally become a real boy?

After recent successes including Alice the Musical, Fantastic Mr Fox, and last year’s sell out, Just So Stories, Act Three tackles Carlo Collodi’s story of the walking and talking puppet, one of the best-loved children's tales of all time.
