Creative Characters

Join us as we explore how to bring to life book characters for the stage. Inspired by this season’s productions of The Gruffalo and Billionaire Boy, using drama exercises, games, text and a sprinkling of props and costume, we’ll delve into the imaginary world of an array of well-loved books and characters. 

The relaxed workshop (Wed 3 Aug, 2-5pm) will be designed for young people with specific access needs who might benefit from a calmer environment. Please contact our creative learning department to discuss.

£15 per child.

Additional child £12*

*Additional child does not need to be a sibling but must be booked in same transaction. One discounted additional child per full paying child.

Show Times

Wed 3 Aug, 10am - 1pm: 8 - 12 years
Wed 3 Aug, 2pm - 5pm: 8 - 12 years (Relaxed and BSL interpreted)
Fri 5 Aug, 10am - 1pm: 5 - 7 years

Please ensure you book the correct workshop for your child's age.

Advisory Info

Once you have booked your child's place, you will receive an email from Rhiannon Fisher, Head of Creative Learning, with a form which will need to be returned to us before the workshop.
