Drama workshops for 13-16yrs | Weekly sessions
Join the Young Company
Are you aged 13–16 and bursting with creativity, energy, and a love for theatre? Whether you're a budding actor, a behind-the-scenes enthusiast, or just curious to try something new, the Young Company provides a space to build confidence, make friends, express yourself and have fun.
Who’s it for?
Young people with an interest in drama and performing arts between 13-16 yrs (school years 8-11)
When is it?
Weekly sessions on Wednesdays from 5.15 - 6:45pm.

Please note, to take part you will need to be available for the majority, if not all the dates listed above.
Where is it?
Sessions take place in the River Room.
What to expect:
- Weekly workshops led by professional theatre-practitioners
- Acting, devising, movement, musical theatre, voice and more
- Opportunities to perform in a relaxed, supportive and fun environment
- Insight into the world of theatre – backstage and beyond!
- A ticket to see Noughts & Crosses as a group on 29 April, 7pm.
- End of term show for an invited audience
No experience needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to explore. Whether you're interested in a career in theatre or just want to have fun and grow your drama skills, the Young Company is the perfect place to start.
Prices
The cost per term is £110 (£10 per session x 11 sessions) per person
