Our Vanbrugh supporters and Friends schemes offer great benefits to make the most of your theatre-going experience and provide much needed support to the theatre.
Your annual support helps us bring a range of shows and opportunities to the communities of Surrey and beyond, and enables us to partner with local organisations to deliver targeted projects and workshops through our Creative Learning programme.
Friends
- Priority booking period for week-long shows
- Discounted tickets & increased savings on Multi-Buy tickets
- 10% discount on food and drinks at the Riverbank Kitchen (excl. ice-creams and confectionery)
- No charge for exchanging tickets (on same production)
More Information on Discounted Tickets
Friends are entitled to discounted tickets for up to two people on selected shows both in the Main House, including our Film Season, and in the Mill Studio.
Discounts on standard tickets are as below:
- Main Auditorium - £2 off per ticket (Mon - Thu evening) or £5 off per ticket (Sat matinee).
- Mill Studio - £2 off per ticket (evening performances only).
- Film Season - £1.50 off per ticket.
Multi-Buy Tickets
Friends can save even more with our Multi-Buy tickets, saving an additional 5% on tickets when purchasing 2 or more shows at the same time!
Book 2+ shows at the same time: save 10% plus an additional 5%
Book 4+ shows at the same time: save 25% plus an additional 5%
This can also be combined with our Advanced Tickets (save 50%), meaning you could save over 60% on your tickets if you booked 4+ shows at the same time at the Advance rate as a Friend! For more information on our Multi-Buy & Advance Tickets, visit our Booking Information page.
Please see individual show pages or the brochure to check if discounts are available. Discounts cannot be added retrospectively to tickets already purchased at full price.
Vanbrugh Supporters
You can become a Vanbrugh Supporter from £150 a year. As a thank you for your generosity and commitment, each level of giving in the scheme offers further unique opportunities to get closer to the theatre and our work, as well as all the advantages of a Friends membership.

Our Vanbrugh Supporters have exclusive access to our Vanbrugh room, before a show and during the interval.
Vanbrugh Supporters are now able to pre-order food, drinks and snacks to be delivered to the Vanbrugh room in advance.
