Following sell-out successes with Legally Blonde and High School Musical ('better than some West End shows I have seen'), Tormead School is back on the Yvonne Arnaud stage with a 'fantasmagorical' production of Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang, featuring cast members from George Abbot School once again.

Eccentric inventor Caractacus Potts restores a defunct Grand Prix racing car for his two children, transforming it into a magical vehicle that can float and fly. Alongside their new friend, Truly, the family embarks on whimsical adventures punctuated by classic tunes such as 'Toot Sweets' and 'Hushabye Mountain'.

Trouble strikes when the tyrannical Baron Bomburst of Vulgaria sends his comedic spies, Boris and Goran, to steal the flying car, and the sinister Childcatcher to capture the Potts children.

Packed with high-energy showstoppers like Me Ol' Bamboo, The Roses of Success and the iconic title song Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, this family favourite is sure to leave you feeling Truly Scrumptious.
