Accessibility
Our aim is to provide access to high quality entertainment for everyone. There are several ways in which we make our performances more accessible, however if you have any queries regarding more specific access requirements please speak to our Box Office, who will be happy to advise you at the time of booking.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome at our theatre. Please advise the Box Office when booking if you will be bringing an assistance dog with you.
Wheelchair Access
There is step-free access to the Auditorium, Box Office, Café and Restaurant, as well as the Circle Bar and Belvedere Room via the lift. An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.
In the Main Auditorium there is space for two wheelchair users. A wheelchair can be borrowed if required.
In the Mill Studio there is step-free access, and space for up to eight wheelchair users.
Hearing Impairment
Both the Main House and Mill Studio have Sennheiser infra-red sound enhancement systems.
Headsets are available from the cloakroom and can be used with aural or post-aural aids.
Visual Impairment
Our brochure is available in a large print version if required.

Concessionary Tickets
We offer a £5 discount to customers with a disability, with an essential companion ticket offered free of charge.
Accessible Performances
Where possible, we arrange performances with British Sign Language interpretation, captioned performances, as well as relaxed performances for those who benefit from a calmer environment.

Our Relaxed Performance is adapted in a variety of ways for customers who may benefit from a more relaxed environment which allows you to make noise and come and go from the Auditorium if you need to take a break.
We also provide a complimentary information pack with a visual story of your visit and introductions to the story and characters.
