Online Booking Guide

Online Booking - How To Guide

If you are new to online booking, this guide has everything you need to know about how the process works, with step-by-step processes to help you book your tickets!

Concessions & Discounts

You can purchase concessionary tickets online; however, you may be required to provide ID to prove eligibility upon your visit. If you are unable to provide appropriate ID, you will be charged the full price for your tickets, or have your tickets cancelled.

One discount per ticket applies and may not always be available. Check individual show pages for eligibility. We reserve the right to change, remove, or add concessions and discounts at any time. These cannot be added retrospectively to tickets already purchased. For more information, please see our full Terms and Conditions here.

For Advance and Multi-Buy discounts, or other promotional offers, the discount will be calculated according to the advertised ticket price, minus the £2 Booking Fee, which will then be re-applied at checkout.
